Come and join The Adventure Girls Club and Yoga with Mad on a relaxing mini retreat day in the beautiful grounds of 42 Acres in Somerset.
Itinerary
9.30 am - Arrive at 42 Acres.
We will meet at the Yurt for some tea/coffee before going into a short morning Meditation.
10.30am - Guided woodland walk with Alice
Alice will take you on a gentle walk around the surrounding woodlands and grounds. You will need to bring your own packed lunch to eat on the walk.
2pm - Yoga in the Yurt with Maddie
Suitable for all, welcoming and fun hatha flow class.
3.30pm - Cold water immersion with Alice
We will walk over to the beautiful pond on the grounds where Alice will guide you into the cold water for a refreshing swim/dip.
4pm - Post-swim Sauna
We will head over to the on-site sauna to warm our bodies up after the cold water dip.
4.30pm - Tea & Cake around the fire
After we've warmed up and got changed we will sit and chat around the fire with some tea & cake before saying our goodbyes at about 5.30pm

- Transport to and from the event
