Deposit - Hiking & Yoga in Austria 2027
This is a non-refundable £350 deposit which secures your space on the trip. You will then be sent the remaining payment instructions via email.
Price includes:
- Guided hikes by a qualified UIMLA International Mountain Leader
- All yoga, mindfulness & meditation classes as described in the programme
- Extensive information package about the trip and the hiking area, including a packing list
- 2x hotel nights located near Munich main station incl. breakfast
- 6x hut nights in shared rooms (4-5 beds)
- Food at the hut: Half-board, packed lunch & unlimited tea
- Shuttle Service from Munich to the start of the hike to the hut and back
The price doesn't include:
- Transport to Munich
- Dinner on the first and last evening in Munich
- Lunch on the second day travelling to the hut
- Sit-down lunches at huts on the hikes (~€15-20), snacks and beverages (~€5 for 0,5 L) during the trip
- Travel & Alpine Rescue insurance
Cancellation Policy
If, for some reason, you need to withdraw from the trip, here is the cancellation policy:
The guest can withdraw from the contract before the start of the trip. Withdrawal must be declared to us in writing. Depending on the time of the written declaration of withdrawal, the guest will incur the following cancellation fees, depending on the total price:
- After booking has been confirmed: the deposit
- From 90 days before the start of the trip: 30%
- From 30 days before the start of the trip: 60%
- From 10 days before the start of the trip: 70%
- From 4 days before the start of the trip or no-show: 100%
