Itinerary
FRIDAY 28TH JUNE
Drive over to our exclusively booked accommodation at Lodge Dinorwig, right in the heart of the National Park with views across Llyn Padarn and Yr Wyddfa (Mount Snowdon). It's a independently run hostel by really friendly owners Sonni and Simon. The beds are super comfy and private and the communal space is SO cosy.
We will spend Friday eve meeting the other guests and settling in.
SATURDAY 29TH JUNE
Today is our 'HIKE' day and we will aim to summit Yr Wyddfa (Mount Snowdon). The route we take will depend on the weather and group ability - there are plenty of routes to choose from and all are incredibly beautiful! After the hike we will head to Llyn Padarn for a refreshing swim in the lake, with views of the mountain we have just summited. We will then head back to our hostel for a delicious home-cooked meal and free time for games or head out watch the sunset from the hostel garden.

Safety
I like to make these hikes as enjoyable as possible for everyone, so I keep a slow and steady pace. It's about taking in the views and being in nature, not about rushing to the finish line. Having said that, you are responsible for your own health and safety. If you are unsure as to whether you are fit to come on these hikes, please either consult your doctor or let me know your concerns.
All our hike leaders are qualified and hold a level 3 Outdoor First Aid certificate so will be on hand in case of an emergency.
