Alice Keegan

Founder & CEO

Alice founded the club in 2022 after years of feeling a bit out of place in the outdoor community. She wanted to create a softer anti-dote to the extreme, goal orientated ego-centric attitude to the outdoors. Alice leads day hikes and skills courses in Somerset, Wiltshire, Dorset and the Brecon Beacons as well as hosts the weekend trips and international trips. 

Megan Endean

Midlands Ambassador

Megan is a Mountain Leader, currently based in the Midlands but grew up in Devon. Her hobby (obsession!?) with being outdoors started with her Bronze Duke of Edinburgh and she's never looked back since. She's passionate about improving accessibility to the outdoors, and aims to provide a safe and welcoming environment to all. 

Janire Denny-Arzalluz

Shropshire & North Wales Ambassador

Janire is a Mountain Leader and mum to a teenage boy, based in Shropshire. Her journey into the outdoors started during the pandemic, when she ambitiously decided to hike every Shropshire hill (because what else was there to do?). This adventure culminated in her first-ever mountain summit—Yr Wyddfa—where she discovered that hiking was not just great for the soul but the perfect cure for anxiety. Now, she leads inclusive walks across Shropshire and Wales, bringing a love for the outdoors to everyone—whether you're a seasoned hiker or just in it for the cake at the end. Janire is passionate about offering women-only events too, with the aim of creating a safe, fun, and empowering space for women to embrace the outdoors together.
