Sponsored Events

Our community will connect more with your brand if they are introduced to it in person and experience why it’s so great in real life. Once they love your brand, they will stick by it with dedication and longevity. By sponsoring us, we can also offer our events for free or at a discounted rate, making them even more accessible to more women. 

What we need from you:

• You cover the costs of the event (email us for a personalised quote)
• You provide us with some goody bags or product samples to hand out to attendees
• A discount code for our members to enjoy (optional)

What you get from us:

• Your name on all our event marketing materials 
• Primary brand awareness from a community of women
• A professionally planned event run by qualified guides
• Social media reels and posts showcasing the event on our Instagram & TikTok (40k followers combined)

Gifted products, accommodation or experiences

If you’d like our community of outdoorsy women to experience your product, accommodation or experience first hand but don’t have the budget to cover the event costs, you also have the option to gift it to us for free. In return, we mention your name in the copy of all of our marketing material for the event. 

 

Collaborations with other women-owned communities, event hosts, yoga instructors, hike leaders, activity instructors, etc

We love collaborating with other women on events and being able to offer something different to our community. Some of our most popular events have been in collaboration with other incredible women with different skillsets. 

If you’d like to work with us on an event, please send us an email with the following:

• A rough outline of the kind of event you’d like to put on with us
• More information about your business or skill, including qualifications and credentials
• Community/audience stats (if applicable)
• What tasks/work can you offer and what you’d expect from us
• Your rates, costs or ideal financial split percentage

Please email us with a pitch or outline of your brand or business and why you’d like to support the club. We only work with brands that align with our values, so we’d love to hear how your brand ensures it doesn’t harm the planet and pays workers fairly.
